Rules

The rules and regulations governing this NFL Pick 'Em League are simple.  The objective is to pick the most correct games.  The fee to participate each week is $5 (payable online or in-person) and is divided amongst weekly and season winners.

Picks must be submitted prior to game time in order for credit.  This can be done on paper or online.  Because it is sometimes difficult to make decisions for Sunday games before the Thursday pick needs to be submitted, a feature has been made available on the site to submit a Thursday pick only.  In the case of submitting a Thursday pick alone, please remember to submit the rest of your projections before game time on Sunday.  In order to be considered for the weekly winner, all entrance fees must be paid.

The player with the most correct picks each week is deemed the winner of the week and will be awarded $20.  In the event of a tie in correct picks, the winner will be decided by the person who has guessed closest to the total points scored in Monday Night Football.  In the unlikely scenario that these two people have guessed the same number, any prize money will be divided equally.

Beyond the $20 awarded to our weekly winner, all additional fees collected will be deposited into the pool to be divided amongst our season winners.  Winners will be determined based on a season-long total of correct picks, and the top three participants will be awarded a cash prize.  It is impossible to project a final prize before knowing the number of participants, however, a table approximating prizes given a variety of scenarios is included below.  As we get closer to opening weekend, these numbers will be finalized and made public.

Although unlikely, in the event of a tie at the end of the season, the winning players will share two places of prize money.  For instance, if a tie occurs for first place, those two players will add the prize money for first place and second place, and divide it equally.  The participant with the next highest score will then claim third place.

Potential Prizes

10 Participants -- $510 Season-End Total
1st place -- $250
2nd place -- $160
3rd place -- $100

20 Participants -- $1360 Season-End Total
1st place -- $600
2nd place -- $460
3rd place -- $300

Prizes shown are projected values only.  Total award will depend on number of participants and the ensured weekly payment of each participant.
